In addition the company also designs and manufactures automotive fabrics and seat structures for renowned local and international Tier 1 OEMs.,

Full-time – Travel requirement 40+% with possibility to work remotely
The creation of this function is clearly to lead the Supply Chain, related to Raw Material Purchasing and Logistics for International Group with multiple European (Russia included), Middle East, North Africa (Algeria – Morocco) sites to bring "added value" to the business, to reduce costs, Working Capital/Inventory identifying across the world the most competitive sourcing, Partners and procurement opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Directly reporting to the CEO in charge of the International Scope and Group Vice Chairman. The candidate will have a strong functional relationship with not only all the Purchasing & Logistics Organization but also the Group and Business Unit Management
• Assure the benchmark and monitoring of the Raw Material across world main Regions, in order to develop and implement sourcing that assure the buy at the most competitive terms and conditions
• Develop and manage, in coordination with the CFO, Sales – Products - Manufacturing – Quality Assurance Management – Policies and best practises related to strategic or tactical Purchasing addressing Material Requirement Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics on the Budget and Business Plan objectives basis
• Manage the rationalisation of supplier networking and develop and consolidate programs and relationships with the key suppliers alliances and all partnerships on the make or buy Group strategies basis
• Manage cost down and reduce Working Capital / Inventory of the Group, addressing the Group Supply Chain methodologies, measuring the output through effective KPIs and Matrix and assuring the correspondent Report
• Actively use a tendering process to locate and secure the most competitive supply sources
• Develop and implement service contracts and procurement framework, sourcing strategies not only in Europe - Russia - Middle East and North Africa, negotiating agreements and consolidating relationships with the Key Suppliers and alliances with the Partners
• Select the most efficient transportation routes to maximize the savings by combining also shipments – warehousing – delivery services and negotiate competitive contracts with logistics Suppliers and freight forwarders
• Actively promote world class purchasing and logistics standards and techniques for the business with a focus on continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle Materials to minimize consumption and waste or to convert wastes to buy product
• Develop the Purchasing and Logistics Team competences and skills
