As Human Resources Director - Spain, you report directly to the CEO and you are the first contact of the Executive Board on all strategic and operational HR issues. With your expertise in the general terrain you lead your team safely through all subjects and ensure the implementation and execution of a successful HR strategy.
Your major focus will be on Talent Management / People Development, People Engagement and Employer Branding (Best place to work) to facilitate Retention, Succession planning & Talent acquisition.
• Be a central contact and a maker of all strategic and operational HR issues
• Implement HR strategy within the organization working alongside business leaders providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters
• Develop effective best in class HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and focus (agility – fast paced – high service delivery…)
• Apply key business drivers to people management strategies: from Employer Branding “Best place to work” to facilitate Talent Acquisition, staffing and People Management such as Upskilling, Engagement & succession planning, Retention and Training
• Manage and benchmark the HR organization (multiple branches, 3000 people) with the HR best practices by Developing concepts and solutions at short and midterm and by putting in place best in class HR tools and processes.
• Introduce and drive change management initiatives and keep all employees informed of key organizational issues (Internal communication is key )
• Advise on compliance and risk management issues :
o Ensure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies
o Enforce best practice
• Lead and develop your HR team (4 Direct reports + team), Manage high performance generalist HR services and Support your team in daily operations to provide early and effective treatment safely
• Act as the externally facing representative for HR for the organization:
o Ensure the successful implementation of human resources policies aligned with corporate objectives.
o Ensure the representation of the company at both national and international level (including staff meetings, negotiating agreements with work councils, labour court or any appropriated events)
o Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance
o Along with the CEO, Be a HR business partner and collaborative partnership with the legal representatives
Votre profil
You have a University degree in Economics, ideally with a focus on human resources or equivalent. Master or Bachelor in Business Administration and/or HR. An exposure to “a Best Company to work” certification is a plus.
Agile with Microsoft Office environment.
