To support their continuous growth and expand their market share especially in Germany, our Client is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager.

JOB DETAIL
As Senior Sales executive, you work to improve the Client’s market position in Germany and achieve financial growth. You define your strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Part of the regional Business Development Team “Germany”, you report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer in the region.
As a senior sales executive is your job to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. To achieve this, you need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
You will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
You call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict the final clients’ future needs.
New Business Development
- A key part of this job description, is to develop a robust pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
Closing Deals
- Win new clients by providing winning CRM Outsourcing solutions with a primary focus on the German National Market but be also able to close global deals with Top German based customers–approximately 30 to 50% travel.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
You perform those services customary in a business development role, including, but not limited to
• Developing a network of potential sales leads
• Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to Client’s prospects
• Leverage
• Negotiation of contracts with potential clients
• Orchestrating, attending and overseeing tours and site visits at the Client’s sites in various locations.
YOUR PROFILE
Educational Background
A University’s degree in Economics, Management or Sales & Marketing is required. An MBA or An Engineer Degree is preferred.
Experience
You should have an extensive experience in prospecting & selling (long selling process & high added value sales with Offshoring & Nearshoring exposure ) to highest level decision makers for ideally but not exclusively CRM Global outsourcing solutions for example Multilingual Contact Centers.
You Must have at least 5 years successful sales track record in the contact center industry or at least 10 years multi-national vertical experience with proven subject matter expertise or delivering complex solutions to Clients within one of the following industries
o Telecommunications
o IT Global Services Providers
o Financial Services
o Healthcare/ Pharmaceuticals
o Travel/Transportation
o Utilities
