The Role
Reporting Directly to the CEO in Turkey with strong functional links with the International Sales Leaders,
1.New Business Development
A key part of this job description, is to develop a robust pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
2.Closing Deals
Win new clients by providing winning CRM Outsourcing solutions with a primary focus on the EMEA Market –approximately 30 to 50% travel.
3. Building a winning Sales & Marketing team
Recruit, Train to lead a team of 4/5 high value-added sales professionals (today3) , Sales support (1) & Marketing (1)
Maximizing your sales teams’ effort by coaching, training, and managing each of the Account Executives
Providing onsite and virtual support to your team’s sales efforts (New Biz & Farming)
Main Duties
• As a member of the senior leadership team ensuring seamless teamwork with the Service and other departments to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at the executive level
• Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
• Deploying resources to meet financial / operating objectives including pipeline, carry over, revenue and contribution margin
• Guiding organization wide efforts in driving market penetration in the verticals offering the best opportunities
• Collaborating with Sales Partners to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell, and close transactions- This includes the International Sales Team EMEA and a specific focus on collaboration with Germany (nearshoring / offshoring)
• Working with the national and international leadership team to create strategies and processes for driving new business across product lines
• Supporting specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities
The position requires very strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills; analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and drive multiple projects.

Your profile
Educational Background
A bachelor’s degree in Management or Sales & Marketing is required. An MBA or any Equivalent is preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of sales management experience in Services or Complex solutions industry
Should have extensive experience in prospecting & selling (long selling process & high added value sales) to highest level decision makers for ideally but not exclusively CRM Global outsourcing solutions for example Multilingual Contact Centers.
Deal sizes can range from hundreds of thousands to millions and multiple years so a background of closing such contracts with these decision makers would be an advantage. You must be a highly consultative seller, with an ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
Must have at least 5 years successful sales track record in the contact center industry or at least 10 years multi-national vertical experience with proven subject matter expertise or delivering complex solutions to Clients within one of the following industries
o Banking and Financial Services
o Travel/Transportation
o Massive Consumer Retail industry
