INTERIM PLANT DIRECTOR

Our Customer

We are looking urgently for an Industrial Director to lead a recently acquired industrial site (100-150 people), located in the center of Poland, above Łódź, before the seasonal peak of production. This production unit is a 100% subsidiary of a French mid-cap company in the agro-alimentary industry.

Assignment description

The interim assignment is to take over the position of the plant Manager and local MD before the seasonal peak of production starts, and to help our client to integrate and align the production unit to their international industrial standards.

Your profile

Ideally, the Industrial Director will have demonstrated a minimum of 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the food production sector, running operations and being exposed to extended responsibilities, such as Business Administration, RH matters, ...
• Demonstrated track record as Production and Operation Manager with a strong sensibility and expertise in the area of quality, hygiene and security.
• Used to run negotiations with personal representatives
• Leading plant process engineering, development of sustainable processes, and testing of processes
• Responsible for operational planning and execution to enhance compliance, productivity, efficiency and financial performance.
• Able to communicate within international matrix organization, local management, clients and vendors in Polish, English and French ideally

Ideally, fluent in Polish, English and French

Availability

ASAP. Ideally mid-August, beginning of September the latest.
Duration: 5 months minimum

Daily rate / Salary Level (if permanent integration)

To be negotiated according to profiles and adequacy of experience.
